• April 2021 - I have rejoined the RIBA and have revised my title to David Mills Chartered Architect.
• March 2021 - Our new development of 5 dwellings in Tonbridge has achieved Planning Permission and work is progressing on getting this project onto site in June this year.
• February 2021 - Following a highly successful 2020, commissions continue to flood in and David Mills Architect is now sub-contracting some of the early stages of a project such as the site survey out to other professionals. I continue to provide a personal service for all of the design work.
• January 2021 - Despite the Covid restrictions I am still completing numerous appointments and continue to offer a free on site initial consultation, while still observing all government guide lines on safe distancing and PPE.
